WRX SB Mk-CW

Based on Mk-W but with stronger carving performance.

Built on the frame of the very wide Mk-W, the Mk-CW focuses on how easily the edge engages and on centre flex, for full carving with high grip. Aiming at "overwhelming carving performance", it solves drag, carving's biggest problem, physically by making the board wide: a deep carving model.

Waist: the torsionally stiff wide outline takes the heavy loads of a turn mildly while keeping flex and drive. Flex: the centre is softer than the Mk-W's and the rebound of the nose and tail stronger, so turns make full use of the centre's bend. Bottom: a variable camber with an ISO7505 graphite sole.

Directional twin, 20 mm setback, PE ribbon in nose and tail. 144, 146, 150, 153 and 156 cm; waist 252 to 272 mm.
