SECCA SPLENDOR
The interesting thing about SPLENDOR is that it has a double rocker, which gives it a slightly loose play in the nose and tail, while still providing buoyancy and gliding performance comparable to a full camber.
The reason for its excellent gliding performance is its long effective edge, a camber length of 70cm (10cm longer than other models), and a sidecut of 8400, which allows for large turn arcs.
The normal flex of the 155cm model offers good maneuverability, moving lightly in powder and on groomed slopes without feeling its 155cm length.
For advanced riders aiming for large slopes or those looking for a model that can handle high speeds, the highland option is also recommended. By changing the fiber, it becomes slightly stiffer, but it doesn't feel entirely stiff; instead, it offers a sturdy and tenacious ride.
The 149cm model is made with the same flex as the 155cm normal flex. This is because we want it to be a model that can handle high speeds, steep slopes, and all conditions, rather than simply making it softer and easier to ride just because it's shorter. The downsized 149 may feel a bit stiff at first, but once you get used to it, it reacts quickly, carves comfortably despite its lightness, and offers ample floatation.
