SECCA EMERALD
This is the first model launched by SECCA.
SECCA adopts "Dual Sidewall," which is a cap structure only at the feet. It responds well to delicate foot movements, increasing edge grip and providing high gliding performance. It offers the stable, comfortable acceleration unique to full camber boards, and enables crisp, responsive turns with good rebound. While allowing for pleasant carving turns, the distinctively uplifted nose shape generates lift that allows it to float even at low speeds. Despite its 154cm length, the Emerald offers nimble glide and has been a classic model since SECCA's inception, continuing for 13 years.
The EMERALD has a highland option, which increases stiffness by changing the core material in the center from nose to tail to 7cm red pine. With the same torsion and a moderately firm flex, it also increases buoyancy, providing absolute reliability for riding on rough terrain, large slopes, and steep slopes.
