Island Snowboards DEEP PSYCH

A volume-shifted powder board with a wide, extended nose and heavy taper for deep days and long, flowing lines.

The Deep Psych is engineered for the deepest powder days and powerful, flowing lines. Its volume-shifted shape has an extended nose for drive from the front foot and balanced performance in powder; this season's model has a stiffer nose for stability in deep snow and high-speed carving on groomed runs.

The shape: a wide nose for float and heavy taper for manoeuvrability, paired with a larger sidecut for long drawn-out lines and speed in open terrain. It keeps Island's honoki and tamo core with carbon stringers, and the Layback Camber adds drive and stability.

Sizes: 146, 151, 151 Narrow, 156, 161 and 166 cm. Taper 30 to 45 mm, setback 10 mm, sidecut 8.25 to 10 m. Handmade in Hokkaido.
